Refund Policy
At Signs and Calligraphy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in creating personalized calligraphic signatures that reflect your unique identity. However, we understand that sometimes things change. Below is our clear and simple refund policy.
💸 Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund at any point before you approve your final version of the signature. We believe in giving our clients full control over their creative journey, and we will never lock you into a design that you're not completely happy with.
Once you confirm and approve the final version of your signature (after all requested revisions are complete), your order is considered finalized, and refunds are no longer available.
⏱️ Refund Window
You are eligible for a refund at any time before approving the final version, as long as communication is maintained.
If we do not receive any response from you for 5 months, your project will be considered abandoned, and the refund window will be closed.
We will send multiple follow-up emails before this period ends, but it is your responsibility to respond in order to keep your refund eligibility active.

Please include the email used for your purchase and your order ID (if available), so we can process your request quickly.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not possible once the final version has been approved by you.
If you've received all digital files and final deliverables, the service is considered fulfilled.
